By creating an account or using Marketframe, you agree to use the service only for lawful, personal, educational research purposes. Marketframe is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Do not use the service to redistribute, resell, or misrepresent its output as your own proprietary signal product, and do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the underlying market-data provider.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor and can be managed or canceled at any time from the billing settings page. Fees already collected for a billing period are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may suspend or terminate access for activity that violates these terms, abuses the service, or creates security or legal risk. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
