Marketframe stores the account information you provide (email address and authentication credentials), the watchlists and saved workspaces you create, and billing records associated with your subscription. We do not sell your personal information.

Account and workspace data is stored in a dedicated, access-controlled database for this product. Payment details are processed and stored by our payment provider; we retain only non-sensitive payment metadata (such as amount, currency, and status) needed to show your subscription status.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support from your account settings. Symbol and timeframe selections you enter are used only to fetch and display market data for you.
